WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE OF THE GAMECOCK CRUISERS RV CLUB!
The Gamecock Cruisers were formed in 2009 by a group of enthusiastic South Carolina Gamecock fans with motorhomes who wanted to bring together other motorhome owning Gamecock fans for fun and fellowship at both home and away games for all University of South Carolina sporting events.
We began as a chapter of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA), and have since expanded our group to include all types of recreational vehicles. The Gamecock Cruisers hold an annual rally in the spring as well as several home game gatherings. We also coordinate travel to away athletic events as well. We have travelled as far away as College Station, Texas for football and Omaha, Nebraska to cheer on the Gamecocks in the College World Series!
Our membership is made up of Gamecock fans from South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Georgia and North Carolina just to name a few states that are represented. We enjoy fun, food, camaraderie and following and supporting the University of South Carolina Gamecocks!

Several years ago, numerous Cruiser members dreamed about what it might be like to have our own tailgating facility. One where we could park our RV's on our own privately owned sites. A locale where we would have year round access, not just during football season. A space with up to date amenities, including a pavilion for group gatherings. In short, a location that would become the new "Home of the Gamecock Cruisers." In 2018, three members located a piece of property 1/2 mile from Williams Brice Stadium, and began construction on what would become a 36 site private RV Tailgate Park. They christened this venture the Cruisers Roost RV Park. In late 2019, construction on the Park was completed and by mid 2020, all sites were sold.
